Roger is the Founding Partner of Real Assets. Over the last 20 years, he has built an excellent track record managing infrastructure investments for global institutional investors (Pensions, SWFs, Insurance Companies). Prior to Real Assets, Roger was the CEO of GCM Investments UK, the European affiliate of GCM Grosvenor, a global asset manager with $60Bn+ AuM. Roger was previously a Partner and Managing Director at CFIG, part of Credit Suisse Asset Management, where he setup their infrastructure managed accounts platform in Europe. Roger has led investments in Renewables, Utilities, Social Infra, Telecoms and Enabling Technologies.

Prior to his investment career, Roger worked in financial risk management and software technology and holds an MBA from Columbia University NY and a Bachelor of Engineering from the American University of Beirut.

Ram is a seasoned investor with more than 18 years of professional experience. Prior to joining Real Assets, he was a senior member of the Energy & Infrastructure team at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co LP. He joined KKR in April 2009 as one of the founding members of its newly created global Infrastructure investment platform and was responsible for leading a number of its investments over the next 9+ years in the EMEA region, primarily across the Energy, Utilities, Transportation and Telecommunication infrastructure sectors.

Prior to joining KKR, Ram worked in Goldman Sachs for close to seven years. He started his career there in the Mergers & Acquisitions team, then moved to the Leveraged & Structured finance team and subsequently was one of the founding team members of Goldman Sachs’ global Infrastructure investment platform. He holds B.E. (Mechanical) and M.Sc. (Economics) degrees from BITS, Pilani (India), and an M.B.A. from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (India).

John has more than 14 years investment advisory and CFO experience across several sectors including Renewable Energy and Infrastructure. Prior to joining Real Assets, John ran his own advisory business focusing on Corporate Finance and M&A. Prior to that, John was an Investment Manager at a large Family Office where he help them invest over $500m in New Energy and Environmental Infrastructure and took on Board responsibilities across the portfolio of investments.

Prior to this John spent over 3 years managing high net worth equity portfolios for Custom House Capital where he also led investment research.

John has a First Class Honours degree in Electronic Engineering, Post-grad in Business Administration, holds the CFA designation and is a CIMA Qualified Accountant.

Antony has over 12 years infrastructure investment experience. Prior to joining Real Assets Investment Management he worked at Equitix, the European core infrastructure fund manager. He started at Equitix as an analyst in 2008 and left as a Director in the business in 2021. During that time he worked across a number of different aspects of the business including investment origination, due diligence and transaction execution, as well as capital raising and asset management. He has experience of working across a range of sectors including infrastructure opportunities in social infrastructure, transportation, telecommunications, renewable energy generation and waste.

Antony holds a Master’s degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics (MA Oxon) from University College, Oxford and a Graduate Diploma in Law from the College of Law. He is a CFA Charterholder.

Vicky has over 17 years experience in infrastructure investing. Prior to joining Real Assets Investment Management, she was a Managing Director of the investment team at Dalmore Capital, a mid-market UK core infrastructure fund manager. Prior to Dalmore, Vicky was a Principal at Corsair Capital’s infrastructure team, with responsibilities for their European infrastructure investments. She has investment and asset management expertise across a wide range of infrastructure verticals, including transportation, environmental infrastructure, utilities and energy transition. During her time at Dalmore and Corsair she held wide ranging board roles as a lead shareholder representative, including directorships at Cory Group, Kelda Holdings, Itinere Infraestructuras and DP World Australia.
